NEW
RULES
Your business, your rules, your life.
An 8-week 1:1 programme to work out which rules are keeping your business stuck, and build it properly around your life instead.
You already know something has to change.
You're not confused about that part.
You can feel it when you open your laptop on the first of the month. When you cancel the gym for the fourth week running. When you see their name in your inbox and your stomach drops a little before you've even read it.
You've built something real. Clients come in. People refer you. It works, on paper.
But it's running you. And you're good enough at coping that you've kept going. Which is the problem, because being good at coping is not the same as things being right.
You've tried the strategies. The courses. The coach who gave you a framework that almost fit. And you've come close, genuinely close, more than once. But nothing has quite stuck because none of it was built around you. Around your life, your energy, your version of what success actually looks like.
Here is what nobody told you: most of the rules you are running your business by, you never consciously chose. You absorbed them. From people you respected, programmes you did, businesses you admired. And some of them work beautifully. But some of them are quietly costing you everything.
NEW RULES is where you work out which is which.
"I was the bottleneck in my own business. I was exhausted, doing everything myself, and I couldn't grow any further because I was involved in everything."
-Leanne Maskell, Founder, ADHD Works
Leanne went on to remove herself as the bottleneck, train over 750 coaches, scale multiple programmes, and build a business that works with her brain and her life, not against them.
"That's when it finally felt like the business had caught up with me."
NEW RULES is an 8-week 1:1 programme built around four phases. Not four modules to get through. Four genuine shifts in how you see and run your business, each one building on the last.
You'll work through audio sessions before each coaching call, so you arrive at every session already thinking clearly, not spending the first half catching up. Then we use the call to make real decisions and move.
Month one: See it clearly.
The Rules You Live By and The Rules You Work By. Two fortnightly coaching calls. Weekly office hours throughout.
You will look at your business honestly, inside the reality of your life, your capacity, and the season you are in. You will name where the friction actually is, not where you have been told it should be. Most people arrive already knowing what needs to change. This is where you stop talking yourself out of it.
Month two: Do something about it.
The Rules You Choose By and The Rules You Build By. Two weekly coaching calls. Weekly office hours throughout.
This is where you decide, with someone alongside you who is not going to let you wobble back into the comfortable version. You will choose what you are actually focusing on, redesign what needs redesigning, and build the structure that makes it sustainable.
The wrap-up session.
At the end of week eight, we have a final bonus implementation call. We look at what has been built, what is moving, and what comes next. Some people leave ready to run with it. Others choose to continue with monthly support at £750 a month. Either way, you will know exactly where you stand and what to do next.
The Rule Breaker Framework. Phase one.
The Rules You Live By: Stepping back and seeing your business inside the reality of your actual life. Your capacity, your energy, what this business needs to respect. Nothing to fix yet. Just clarity.
The Rules You Work By Looking at where your business drains you and where it pulls you into your best work. This is where you meet your expansive clients, the ones who do not just fit your business but make it better, and where you name what is actually creating the drag.
The Rules You Choose By Deciding what matters next, and what does not. When everything feels important, nothing moves. This phase takes you out of reaction mode and into intentional focus. You leave knowing exactly what you are prioritising and what you are consciously setting aside.
The Rules You Build By Designing the business so it supports you financially, energetically, and practically. Not pushing harder. Building differently, on your terms, in a way that holds without you holding it together.
Why not just figure it out yourself?
You could. You are capable enough. You probably already know most of what needs to change.
But you have known for a while now, and the business is still the same shape. Because this kind of work, the stepping back, the hard decisions, the redesigning, keeps getting pushed to the week after this one. Not because you are not motivated. Because there is always something more urgent, and this feels like it can wait.
It cannot. But it feels like it can. That is the trap.
New Rules works because the structure makes it non-negotiable. The calls are in the diary. The audios are waiting. Someone is reading your reflections before you arrive. You are not doing this alone in a notebook at 10pm and then getting pulled back into delivery the next morning. You are doing it with someone who will hold the thread even when you drop it.
Here is what changes when you actually do the work:
⭐ A business genuinely built around you, not borrowed from someone else's blueprint.
⭐ Clarity on what your offer actually is, who it is for, and what it is worth.
⭐ The clients who pull you into your best work, not the ones you would cross the street to avoid on holiday.
⭐ A structure that holds without you holding it together.
⭐ And the confidence that comes from having made the decisions you have been circling for months, with someone there to hold your nerve when yours wobbled.
Sound like you?
You are running a real service-based business and you are the product. Coaches, consultants, lawyers, specialists, creatives. What you have in common is that your expertise and your personality are the thing clients come for.
Your business is working. But it has grown into a shape that does not quite fit your life anymore, and you know it.
You have outgrown some of your offers but you are scared to let them go. You have clients you dread. Your income is good when you are focused but resets every time life gets in the way. You cannot quite switch off. The gym keeps getting cancelled.
You are not in denial. You are just too good at coping to stop and redesign.
You are done with quick-fix strategies. Not because you have given up, but because you are ready to do the real work. You just need someone to show you where to start and stay with you until it is actually working.

Why work with me?
I am not going to tell you I have a signature framework that works for everyone, because I have never seen evidence that is true.
What I have seen, across years of placing the right people alongside some of the most demanding high performers in the world, working in M&A, running businesses from the Alps alongside ski seasons, is that the reason nothing has quite worked yet is almost never about capability. It is about design. You have been trying to fit yourself into someone else's rules.
I came from recruitment and private equity operations. I spent years reading businesses and the people running them, understanding not just what was happening but what was underneath it, and thinking about what was quietly getting in the way. I trained as an architect, which means I see structures, where the load is being carried wrong, where things are held together by effort rather than design. I am also a trained coach, so I work with the full picture: the business, the structure, the delivery, and the person behind it all.
I am dyslexic, which means I have never naturally followed the prescribed route. I find the answer, but via a different path. That is exactly what I help my clients do.
I see what you are not saying. The wobble underneath the confidence. The decision you have been circling. The thing you glossed over that is actually the whole problem.
And I stay until it is actually working. Not until the programme ends. Until it works.
I also live this. I run a business alongside ski seasons, the Alps, a real life. I have figured out how to make it work on my own terms. That is exactly what we are going to do for you.
Ready to write some new rules?
"Georgia helped me focus on what actually needed to happen first. It was never 'no', it was 'there are more pertinent things to do now.' That clarity changed everything."
