Your business. Your rules. Your life.
Lead Brave helps ambitious female founders break the rules keeping their business stuck, and build something that works on their own terms.
Most of the rules you are running your business by, you never consciously chose.
You picked them up along the way. From programmes you did. People you admired. Business models that looked like they were working from the outside. And some of them are brilliant. But some of them are quietly costing you everything, and you have been too busy to stop and look at which is which.
That is what Lead Brave is for.
Not another strategy. Not a framework someone else built that you are supposed to squeeze yourself into. A proper look at how your business actually works, what it is costing you, and how to build it differently, around your life, your energy, and your version of what success looks like.
You are excellent at what you do.
You are excellent at what you do. Clients get results. People refer you. The income is there.
And you are really good at pushing through. That is not a small thing. It is probably what got you here.
But it is also why you have never quite stopped to fix the thing that has been quietly off for longer than you want to admit. Because you can push through, you do. Because you can make it work, you have. And there is always a reason why next month will be the one where things ease up, where you finally get the space to look at it properly, where it starts to feel like the freedom you built this for.
Except it does not ease up. Because the pushing through is not solving the problem. It is just getting you to the end of the week.
You tell yourself that once this launch is done, once this client finishes, once you get through this month, you will sort it. And then something else comes in and the reset gets pushed again. Not because you are disorganised. Because the business does not have the structure to give you that space on its own.
And the thing that makes it hardest to change? You built this. It is yours. It is so tied up in who you are that pulling at one thread feels like pulling at everything.
The women who come to Lead Brave are not struggling. They are winning, on paper, and tired in a way that is hard to explain to anyone who is not living it. Busier than they should be. More stretched than they want to be. Running a business that works but somehow never quite works for them.
That is not a motivation problem. It is a rules problem. And the first step is stopping long enough to look at which rules you are following and whether you ever actually chose them.
“I was delivering great results, but I didn't love how my business felt to run. Georgia helped me see what was already working and what needed to go. I simplified my offers, refined my team, and for the first time in ages I've got actual space to think again.”
— Hannah, Lead Brave ClientHi, I’m Georgia
I'm the person you call when you're done doing it the way everyone told you to.
Not because the advice was bad. But because it was someone else's advice, for someone else's business, and it has never quite fitted yours. And you are starting to suspect it never will.
Most business coaches will give you a framework. I am going to help you work out which rules are worth keeping and which ones you have just never thought to question. That distinction is the whole job.
I have worked in more industries than most people think is sensible. M&A at Deloitte. Trade floors. Placing the right people alongside some of the most demanding high performers in the world, De Beers, LVMH, Swarovski, senior financiers in the city. Ski instructor. Two businesses from the Alps. None of it was planned. All of it taught me something about how people actually build things that work, versus how they are told to.
Lead Brave is everything I learned compressed into one place. And the biggest thing I learned is this: the founders who build something they actually love are almost never the ones who followed the rulebook.
How to Work with Me
What become possible when you stop following the rules that were never really yours:
You stop dreading Monday morning. Not because everything is perfect but because the business is finally designed around how you actually work.
You take a holiday without a two-week handover beforehand and come back to a business that kept moving without you.
You work with clients who light you up. The ones who did not are gone and you do not feel guilty about it.
You stop being the backstop. Things happen, decisions get made, clients get looked after, without it all running through you first.
You know exactly what you are building toward and you have the structure to get there without it costing you everything else.
Ready to write some new rules?
Book a call. Thirty minutes. Just the two of us looking honestly at what is not working and what needs to change.
Most people leave with something they had not quite said out loud before. A bit of clarity they did not have when they arrived. That happens whether or not we end up working together, because that is just what happens when you stop and actually look at the thing you have been pushing through.
If one of my programmes is the right next step, I will tell you which one and why. If it is not, I will tell you that too. I have done this work on my own business. I am not trying to help everyone. I am quite specific about who I work with and how, because I am building this alongside a real life, and that is exactly what I want for you too.
